Many of my paintings are created from photographs purchased through Phuket Photography which has an amazing selection of photos to choose from, many flowers, sunsets, and seascapes.
Each painting starts as a pencil drawing on a canvas and can be adjusted to suit any need, such as adding or removing objects in the photo. The background colors can be that of the photograph or adjusted for a striking, artistic touch. The canvas is then painted during the course of several days to weeks, depending on the size of the canvas and the detail required.
